I’ve released a sticker pack of Spooky Creepy creatures and objects in time for halloween 2017! Includes most of the creatures from Spooky School ABCs as well as a bunch of new ones.
Free for a limited time only.
Any suggestions for new creatures are more than welcome. I have plans for a lot of creatures in future!
Bad Pollyanna are a Yorkshire based alternative rock band. My initial work for them in 2012 was simple flyer layouts, but that eventually led to me doing the layout for their debut album (8 page leaflet, case insert, cd design, etc) merchandise and some web design.
Back in ’05 I was contacted to make cartoony versions of the (now defunct) rock band Little Match Girl. Stylistically I’ve come a long way since then, but the work resulted in repeat commissions, album art, logo design and press-kit layout. They went with a zine-ish look for some of the work, and insane neon face-melting for the rest.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Phono Paul on various projects involving the Leeds alternative music scene. Originally attracted by my comic art, the relationship has resulted in my character designs having appeared on posters, flyers and other merchandise for club nights and festivals.
Back in 2007 – 2008 I produced a game type I still dream of completing to this day. A sort of Castlevania meets Shadow Of The Beast platform game with painterly pixel graphics, branching paths and fast action.
I used Power Game Factory, an engine and editor suite designed for making platform games for PPC Macs. Scripting in PGF is visual, but things like AI and physics are often quite complex to set up. I would spend many hundreds (thousands?) of hours drawing sprites, backdrops, composing music and setting up the gameplay.
Creeping Me Out is a webcomic that I started a decade ago and now only gets occasional updates. At it’s peak it had a considerable readership, but now I can’t commit to regular updates it’s more of a curiosity.
Just like everyone else. I really don’t like War Z much.
What a horrible experience.
