I’ve been working on a dinosaur book, with colour and greyscale illustrations of (at least one) species from A-Z.

Like many, as a child I always loved dinosaurs. They sparked my imagination, I drew comics about them, surrounded myself with them, had music about them.. But they’ve always been melancholy for me too.

The main thing about my paleo art is whimsy and atmosphere, rather than the often sterile pieces in reference books. William Stout’s beautiful work is an obvious influence when I was younger. I’m particularly excited about all the recent discoveries and changes to dinosaur look and behaviour.
